Using this website
This site is provided as-is for information. We keep it accurate, but nothing here forms a contract or a binding quotation.
Engagements
All work is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms and acceptance criteria. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential and will sign your NDA on request.
Liability
Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with the date they take effect.
