What we collect
We collect only what you give us: the details you submit through our contact and newsletter forms, and anonymous analytics about which pages are visited. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send occasional updates. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions use double opt-in: you must confirm by email before we send anything. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Data retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nafatechs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to staff who need it, and every administrative action is logged.
